All orders are fulfilled within 1 business day of the order date, with the exception of pre-orders. Purchases made after 5 pm EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. 

 

WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes! You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Contact us at info@avima.co if you do not receive your tracking code within 48-72 hours of placing the order, and we will look into the situation.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

AVIMA cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Whole Shipment
We do not make partial shipments which means that we will wait to ship until all the products you ordered are available. Unfortunately, we are not able to facilitate customers picking up their orders directly.

Returns / Exchanges
AVIMA accepts unworn, undamaged goods purchased within the last 30 days. 

+ The return window has been extended to 60 days till the end of the year. All orders placed through December 31 will enjoy this extra time to be extra sure this holiday season!

All sale items are final sale.

Size / Fit Issues
AVIMA should feel bespoke. Not happening? Re-tie the laces for added comfort and/or space. 

Remember: Exchanges are free.
You can ultimately try another pair if necessary.

AVIMA offers easy returns and exchanges to ensure you get the perfect shoe.

Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days upon AVIMA’s receipt of your package. They will be credited to the card used in your initial purchase. (Please note that card refunds may take up to 4 business days for your bank to complete.)
