DO THE SHIPPING PACKAGES STATE THE CONTENTS?
- No, all of our products are shipped in unmarked packaging.
CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND EVEN IF I HAVE USED THE PRODUCT?

HOW DO I CLAIM A REFUND?

DO YOU SELL YOUR PRODUCTS IN ANY RETAIL LOCATIONS?
- We currently only offer our products on Amazon, ebay, Ordersfly.com Marketplace and avima.co. We are currently in talks with some large retailers and will keep you updated of any new stores that carry our products.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
- Some of our products are manufactured in the United States, while others are imported from Italy, China and Honduras but with the highest quality possible.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
- We will only be able to cancel your order if we haven't shipped it yet. If you would like to cancel your order, send an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and "Cancel Order" as the subject line.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?
If you would like to change the contents of your order, we recommend cancelling your original order and re-ordering. If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can send an e-mail to: email@example.com with "Cancel Order" as the subject line and include your order # in the body of the e-mail. If we have already shipped your order, we recommend placing an additional order.
